Webster defines experience as "practical contact with and observation of facts or events." Wisdom is gained from experience. Experience gained from time. Considering that a large percentage of businesses fail in the first few years, time isn't a luxury that small business owners have.

This real-life, real-world experience helps put me in the unique position to offer guidance to others traveling along my same path. I'm the person you call when you don't know which way to turn; when you don't know which policies to stand firm on and which you can make exceptions to; when you don't know whether you should offer an employee more training or let them go; when you're stressed out to the max and need someone to vent to that understands...I'm your gal.
